Before launching the smart city program, first the local authorities in panaji should do something about the mice who are flooding the homes of those residing in the city.
While the mice have always been a problem for those residing on the ground floor, the mice are becoming a major problem for those residing on the third floor of apartment complexes also, entering the home through the drain pipes.
Three or four mice are entering the house regularly through the drain pipes and creating a major problem for those residing in the home. Though glue traps have been used to catch three mice, there are still many mice roaming around the house at night, making it difficult for people to sleep at night

Any tips to get rid of these mice will be greatly appreciated.
